Hypnotize yourself for happiness
I am not planning to go in details of the “hypnotism” which
in itself is a controversial topic but I assure you that it is possible that for
you to hypnotize yourself and use the full potential of your brain to become
a happier version of yourself, as I repeatedly said in this blog that it is in
our hands to become consciously happy
Human beings are the only species on earth who can
think and those who can think can be hypnotized, either by themselves or others
hence we should be grateful for this liberty of re-programming ourselves
through Hypnosis
The word I use was “re-programming”, yes we all are pre-programmed by the
society, culture, parents, peers, etc. we have to correct what’s wrongly
programed in the past and settle with things which are good
So here is the chain of the mechanism of how thought works on our body
If we correct the thought process we will change the Actions
and hence we can change our body, we basically use the technique of hypnotism to
change the way we think, it will just take a few moments (maximum 5 min) to
re-program ourselves preferably at night before sleep
Hypnotism is not magic or casting any type of spell, it is
just “zone focused phase “ in which we imagine all the good things which we
want to happen and see them as they are taking place right now right in front
of our eyes, hence we are already living the things which we want to achieve
in the future.
For example, if you want to be happy just be happy then start
feeling so, it does not require any superpower, it is science, it is scientific
data behind it which proves that hypnotism can be used to re-program oneself
and change the negative mind to positive
one just, just a few moments of positive thoughts and we are changed forever for
better
hence to conclude "Sadness can “happen” to anyone but overcoming it is a choice
no matter how bigger the incident is".
