life is not always as complicated as we think, we sometimes declare ourselves as an unhappy individual without giving it a second thought. actually it is in our hands to change our current state of mind for the better here is a simple flowchart (with a logical flow) to tell us, in a fun way that “happiness” is an achievable goal as we can do it right now by putting some conscious efforts, as this is a thinking process so we are going to need some positive thinking and optimism, some strategies to overcome and finally a plan to move forward, my tip will be don’t think too hard and smile while doing it
