Formula for happiness:
There is not a single formula for happiness as most of us will agree but there are many points which we can combine and make ourselves happy, there are things which one can add up daily to make ourselves happy, its amount I dependent on each individual,
Hence each individual can add these points and make their happiness formula:
·         How grateful am I for everything around me and how much we practice gratitude
·         How much I meditate or exercise per day/week
·         Do I practice smile every day
·         Am I giving away daily something small or big (even if it a simple smile )
·         Do I have hobbies to do in my spare time to avoid negativity??
·         Am I doing positive prep talk
·         Am I designing my day / daily??
·         Am I accept things around me??
·         Happiness comes from focusing on strengths other than weaknesses
·         Do I call my life a prosperous life?
·         How much hopeful are am I for the future ??
·         I can choose happiness
·         Do I expect things from people?? If yes then stop
·         Am I present in the present?? consciously ??
·         How much honest am I ? honesty makes us happy with ourselves/others
·         Do I forgive others as forgiveness is equal to happiness
