“It is
a scientific fact that gratitude reciprocates"
(Matthew McConaughey in his Oscar acceptance speech)
Gratitude is one of the most powerful and positive
feelings that make us great. it is rightly considered as the highest form of
evolution of a human’s intelligence. Most successful people both in terms of
material success and Spiritual success) have termed gratitude as a very
an important tool in gaining success in their lives. There are no words which can
be used to emphasize on the importance of gratitude for internal happiness
Sometimes while in the rush of chasing more in our
lives and we forget the importance of things we already have. We show gratitude
for new things but tend to forget with the time that’s when the need for a journal
arise it is a very simple habit of reflecting on what you’re grateful for in
your life which can actually lead to a happier, more contented life. All it
takes is a few moments and a gratitude journal to record your thoughts, it can
be writing a “Gratitude Journal” or writing even a simple thank you note or
just count your blessings
In
this journey we are writing random thoughts, which also helps as a
self-therapy, you write about the things you’re grateful for no matter how
significant or insignificant
Everyone’s gratitude journal is written differently considering the fact that people are
different from each other some people will simply write about their day while
others might choose a specific gratitude quote to focus on.
Most important things in writing a journal are to pick
a schedule that works for you and your lifestyle It's ok if you miss it, you
don’t have to do it daily as it is not another thing to add in “to-do list” but consistency is the key, it should be done 3 times (at least ) in a week
It is seen that by writing a gratitude journal people
are motivated to do more good and hence they end up doing more and more good to
others which are also a mean of attaining contented life

Think about the job that you do, the clothes
you wear or the house you live in.

for being you

why you’re grateful for that memory.

to.

have now that you didn’t have a year ago.

you cried, and write about it.

someone else.

daily

. What makes you grateful for about any
experience (either good or bad )
Even if you are at a loss writing find any
angle in which you are grateful for that, here are good things attached to
almost everything
After successfully journaling for a while, it can be challenging to think of new ideas to write about. If you wrote about some topics, think of a new angle for that topic.
